Cardio tennis is a 60 minute fun, high energy fitness workout focused on constant movement. The sessions run with upbeat music to enhance the participant’s work ethic. The lesson consists of drills, co-operative rallying, high energy bursts, ladders, movement and agility activities. Women can burn up to 500 calories, while men can burn up to 800 calories per session.
